Efficiency
A precision design, ultra restricted tolerance machining and good surface finishes, enable the Ever-Power to use at high efficiency values, 98% for one stage gearbox and 96% for a two phases gearbox. Efficiency values depend on torsional backlash, velocity, ratio, ambient temperature, etc. The common efficiency level varies based on the number of stages as demonstrated in the technical data sheets for every gearbox model.
